Hawaii: A Vacation Paradise

A quick phone call to our agents will put you in a Hawaiian Paradise. Each of the six major islands has an identity of its own and all are a vacation paradise:

The Big Island has two active volcanoes: Mauna Loa and Kilauea. The Big Island is also the home of one of the world's largest astronomical observatories, set atop the long dormant volcano, Mauna Kea – the White Mountain.

Oahu offers much for vacationers - Hawaii Sea Life Park, Dolphin Cove, Hawaiian Ocean Theatre, and Sea Bird Sanctuary are among its many marine sanctuaries. The famous Waikiki Beach has the best surfing in Oahu. Our Waikiki Beach hotel was just a short walk across the street from the ocean and we enjoyed a swim each day in a protected area. Surfers were always out early and more joined them during the day. We snorkeled in Hanauma Bay and it was like being in a tropical aquarium. Lots of fish and we even followed a sea turtle around for a while watching him in his natural habitat. Plenty to do and see in Waikiki and we just enjoyed being there and seeing the sights as well as "people watching."

Pearl Harbor is the historical, sheltered harbor on Oahu. It houses the Arizona Memorial Museum, erected over the sunken wreck of USS Arizona in 1962. All these Oahu attractions make your Hawaii vacation a memorable experience.

Maui, the second largest of the Hawaiian Islands, has the world's largest dormant volcano – the 10,023 foot Haleakala. One of the best Hawaii vacation locales, Maui has the most swim-able beaches and offers a variety of water sport activities. It is also the top site in the world for windsurfing.

Kauai has spectacular waterfalls and unbelievable sandy beaches. As a part of your Hawaii vacations, Kauai has great beaches for snorkeling and surfing. Depending on your choice, its navigable rivers offer you an opportunity for kayaking and canoeing.

Molokai, like the other Hawaiian Islands, is a place to experience Hawaiian culture. Places to visit while on your Hawaii vacation are Halawa Valley, with its cascading waterfalls, Papohaku Beach, with its golden beach, the best on Molokai, and Pala'au State Park, among others.

Lanai, the most pristine Hawaiian island, provides a once-in-a-lifetime Hawaii vacation experience. This ocean paradise, with its white sand beaches, offers snorkeling with spinner dolphins, an ultimate experience, and but one among many attractions of this Hawaiian island.

Cruising in Paradise

Hawaiian cruise vacations are another way of visiting Hawaii. Visiting the various islands of Hawaii on a cruise ship is an experience you should not miss. It's a great way to see Hawaii and return to your floating clubhouse at night. Call us at 1-800-705-8892. We have cruised the islands and can give you a lot of great travel tips. We have participated in many of the adventures Hawaii has to offer and we agree it was one of the best vacations we have ever taken.

There are two major advantages to cruising the islands. You get to see more than one, or even all the islands. And, of course, during your cruise you will enjoy all the usual, pre-paid and all-inclusive pleasures available on your ship. Imagine, going out on your Hawaiian adventure and later returning to your floating all inclusive hotel to a fine dining experience and later a lavish show. It doesn't get much better than this!

If your heart is set on sailing with NCL, we can arrange that, and we have taken a great golf/ cruise adventure around the islands last year. It was the best vacation I have ever taken anywhere to date!!

Here are Norwegian's top 10 reasons to cruise Freestyling.

10. Warm weather. In many parts of the country, the weeks surrounding the major holidays (Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year's) are filled with cold, rainy, and often snowy, weather. So, the thought of soaking up the sun in the tropics with NCL in Hawaii, the Caribbean, South America and Mexico is very appealing.

9. Holiday festivities. What do people love most about the holidays? The parties, of course! On an NCL Freestyle Cruising ship, every night is a party. There are numerous bars & lounges to choose from with various entertainment options. There's something for everyone, whether they want to sip eggnog with friends or sing karaoke to the Dradle Song or Frosty the Snowman.

8. Unique holiday gift giving. Holiday presents hand-picked from the Pacific, the Caribbean and other far away places will out-shine all others. Plus, shopping on a holiday cruise makes it fun and easy to find gifts that friends and family will love without the stress of traditional holiday shopping.

7. Fun holiday activities, decorations and lights on board the ships. During holiday cruises, NCL has holiday-themed arts & crafts classes ranging from making snow globes and holiday origami to stringing popcorn that will be hung on the trees around the ship. There's even a scavenger hunt for kids on Christmas day.

6. Experiencing the holidays in other countries. A cruise vacation lets your clients explore other cultures, and during the holidays this is especially exciting because they get to see how other parts of the world celebrate.

5. Starting a new tradition. All families have certain holiday traditions that they look forward to every year - they bring us all together and leave us with lasting memories. And no matter if a family is just starting out or has been following the same traditions for generations, it's always fun to start a new tradition...like a holiday cruise.

4. The perfect family vacation. By the time the holidays roll around, it's been awhile since families have had the opportunity to take a break together. So, what better way to take advantage of the time off from school than with a holiday cruise?

3. Entertain friends and family without lifting a finger. On a holiday cruise with NCL you can ensure that everyone in the group is entertained and happy without the worry of planning or organizing activities.

2. No cooking. No cleaning. On an NCL holiday cruise vacation, every detail is prepared for you so there's no worry about cooking or party preparation. And Freestyle Dining makes the experience that much more memorable because everyone will have their pick of when, where and with whom they'll have their holiday meal.

1. Freestyle Cruising . The number one reason to go Freestyle Cruising for the holidays is Freestyle Cruising ! Just think...a Freestyle cruise vacation lets your clients move as slowly or as quickly as desired. It's the best way to avoid the holiday rush and the only way to have the freedom to spend the holiday exactly as they like. No crowded stores. No obligations. Just relaxation.

There are several cruise lines offering many types of cruises to suit all pocketbooks. Be sure to check out this option for your next Hawaii vacation and be sure to include a call toll free to Texas Cruise Company at 1-325-835-7561.
